Shipping policy
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated based on weight and depends on the zone you live in. I ship using packages using First Class for Domestic and for international Packages I use First Class Mail International.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) unless I am traveling/vending at a convention. All orders are trackable within the US. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping. Tracking availability for international orders varies by country. International orders typically arrive within 2-6 weeks, but delays do happen.
Q: My tracking number says my package was delivered but it wasn't. What do I do?
A: Please start by checking your tracking number. If the package has been marked as delivered, contact your post office ASAP to see if they have information on your package. Check with roommates, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them.
Q: It's been a while since I ordered but my international package has not arrived yet. What should I do?
A: Please remember that international shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive! (approx. 14-22 business days) Email me at munrou.store@gmail.com if your order seems to be "stuck" in one location and it has been more than 5 weeks since you've ordered.I would be more than happy to help you resolve the issue, and or set you up with a replacement order.
Q: Can you combine my shipping if I place two orders?
A: Please email me at munrou.store@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order numbers. If your orders have already shipped, they can't be combined, so please be prompt with requests for combined shipping.
Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order. What do I do?
A: Please email me at munrou.store@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order numbers and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped, I can change the address.
If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.
If the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped, or you may receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.
